Practical neuropsych for learning and life… I’m the resident psychotherapist for this weekly radio segment. Every week between 6:30-7:00am AEST Friday mornings on Juice107.3’s breakfast show (that’s 1:30-2:00pm PDT Thursday afternoons — Listen live from anywhere in the world).
Each segment is about 6-8 minutes — sometimes a few minutes before a song, and a few minutes after. Before the song Susie+Michael ask me questions, get a few insights, and look at how it relates to you in real life. Then we get into some practical solutions, things you can put into practice immediately.
